Terms of service

What the service does
Autonomous MCP relays tool calls from an AI assistant to a computer you pair with your account. You install an agent on that computer, pair it, and connect an assistant such as ChatGPT. The assistant can then read files, search them and run commands on that computer, within the limits you configure on it.
Your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, API key and device credentials secret.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including calls made by an assistant you connected.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a paired machine has been compromised. You can revoke a connected app and unpair a machine yourself from your dashboard.
Machines you pair
Only pair a computer you own or are authorised to operate. Pairing gives a connected assistant real access to that machine: it can read and change files and run commands.
You choose the limits on each machine. Setting AUTONOMOUS_ALLOWED_DIRS confines
the agent to the folders you list. A command denylist refuses destructive commands before
they run. These are guards, not a sandbox: a permitted command can still delete data,
change configuration or reach the network. Decide what a machine may do before you pair it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- access a computer or data you are not authorised to access;
- break the law, infringe someone's rights, or distribute malware;
- attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or work around quotas, rate limits or authentication;
- resell or expose the service to third parties as your own without a written agreement.
We may suspend an account that does these things, with notice where practical and without notice where the harm is immediate.
Plans, quotas and payment
- New accounts start on the plan configured as the current default. Plans can have one or more rolling call windows, such as an hourly, daily, weekly or 30-day limit.
- A call is one tool run. Listing available tools is not charged. A call that never reaches a machine is not charged, and an idempotent replay is charged once.
- Capacity returns as calls age out of each rolling window. Your dashboard shows the active windows and their next capacity time.
- An account may also receive temporary or permanent extra-call credits. They are used only when a normal quota window is exhausted.
- Upgrades are arranged over WhatsApp. Payment terms, price and refund conditions are whatever we agree with you in writing there.
- When a quota is exhausted and no extra calls remain, calls are refused until capacity returns or the account is changed. Nothing is billed automatically.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without an uptime commitment. We may change, interrupt or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give you reasonable notice so you can stop relying on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits or lost data, or for anything an assistant does on a machine you chose to pair. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time: unpair your machines, revoke connected apps and stop using the service. We may end your access if you break these terms. On termination we delete your account data on the schedule described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will say so on this page and, where we can, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
